Building New
There are wonderful builders available in the Midwest and beautiful properties on which to build. However, it becomes challenging when homeowner and contractor can’t communicate. In addition, many couples have trouble agreeing on a color scheme, an appliance or a floor tile. The dream home quickly gets lost in a sea of paper work, phone calls and color chips.
Developing a design concept or road map is the approach I take to building a new home. I can help you to make selections, communicate with your contractor, stay organized and follow a timeline that will help take some of the overwhelm out of building your dream.
Goods and Furnishings
There are many retail options when you’re looking for goods and furnishings for your home. But what if you don’t fit within any of the retail “style” categories; traditional, transitional, modern or contemporary? What if you’re family calendar can’t handle a do-it-yourself project? Maybe you just don’t have the time to shop? Better yet, you’d rather have something that everyone in your neighborhood doesn’t already own.
Designing custom pieces for a problem area or finding unique pieces of furniture, lighting or textiles is another service Hauthaus, Inc. can provide.
