SUMMIT - What would a Gilbert be without a Bierstube
A landmark property in St. Paul, this time on Summit and designed by renowned American artchitect, Cass Gilbert. This room took a great deal of imagination. It began with a dirt floor and supporting timbers! Inspired by the St. Paul Capitol Bierstube it’s a purely German experience and another collaboration with Bonnie Birnbaum Interiors.
